Wage Growth for Young Americans at 4x the Average

Wages in America have grown at a steady pace over the past four years across the board. Some of the biggest beneficiaries have been young Americans, hourly workers, and those starting families, who have seen their wages grow at 4 times the average. Wages are currently growing at 4.5%, compared to inflation at 3.5%.  Inflation has dropped for 16 months from its post-pandemic highs.
