Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Funds $400B for Nationwide Projects
Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provided $400 billion to 40,000 projects across more than 4,500 U.S. communities, with programs ranging from highway upgrades to clean energy investments. It provided 21 million low-income households access to affordable internet and launched 2,300 projects for resilience against cyber-attacks and climate impacts. The law is also funding extensive infrastructure improvements including repairs on over 135,800 miles of roads and 7,800 bridge repair projects. Additionally, 445 port and waterway projects are receiving funding to fortify supply chains, expedite goods movement, and reduce costs.
